Hebrew numbering (Vulgate Psalm 9:22β39, Gallican Psalter)

- Ut quid, Domine, recessisti longe: despicis in opportunitatibus, in tribulatione?
Why, O Lord, do you stand far away: why do you look on in times of trouble?
